Great Food, Great Value

Would recommend the carvery lunch, it’s available daily, great selection of food and good value. Staff very pleasant, lovely homely hotel, very relaxing. Ample parking, on route from Ennis to Galway. Relaxing Break

Stayed in The Lady Gregory Hotel for 2 nights in Gort in County Galway. We picked it as a base for exploring the Clare/Galway area. We were delighted with our choice, it is a lovely hotel full of character, great amenities and lovely friendly staff. Rooms were comfortable and clean, some of us used the pool and spa and they enjoyed it. Elegance at an Affordable Price

This was our 2nd time visiting here, and we were not disappointed either time. Beautiful hotel with gorgeous wood trim throughout adding to the graceful elegance. Friendly and courteous staff. Most important, clean room and hotel facilities. Beds and linens were clean and comfortable. Blackout curtains were a plus. Great water pressure, hot water and drainage in the shower. Good hot breakfast served, worth adding to the room rate. Spa services available (ad’l fee). Pool, hot tub. Free on-site parking. I highly recommend a visit. – April 2025, Tripadvisor

Perfect Place to Relax

This hotel was a lovely suprise. The price-quality ratio was perfect. Service was very good at reception, at the restaurant and breakfast room. Dinner was really good – the best fish & chips ever – and we have had many. Breakfast was really good – you had a choice what you could have for breakfast. Full Irish Breakfast was really good. Excellent Service, Very Friendly

My family and I ended up staying at this hotel after our flight got diverted. The staff were incredibly kind even though they had loads of unexpected guests . In particular Caroline who was great and made sure everyone was taken care of. If we ended up visiting this part of Ireland again, we would certainly book and stop here. Stunning Wedding Venue

My name is Genevieve Mullins and I had my wedding reception here, with my husband John Mullins. Choosing a wedding venue was such an exciting experience however we knew how important it was that we got it right. The first time we saw the banqueting hall in the Lady Gregory we were blown away. I remember smiling at each other when we knew this was the place for our wedding. We were greeted by Caroline who showed us so much care and a true passion to make our wedding day everything that we could ever dream of. We knew the beautiful fire-places, staircases and surroundings would be the perfect spots to capture some special photographs during our big day. The next week we came back to show it off to our parents and they were equally as delighted with the stunning venue. We can’t thank everyone at the Lady Gregory enough, particularly Caroline who ensured our meal was served with flair and finesse, which everyone later commented on, and Bernie who was so kind to my family, serving them delicious breakfasts on the lead up to the event. Wonderful Hotel and Staff

We attended a wedding in September here and I could not fault a thing. The staff, service and the food was amazing and everything from start to finish was done so well. Our room was large and breakfast was lovely also. Would highly recommend. – TripAdvisor

Special Anniversary Celebration!

Our daughter got married two years ago in the depths of Covid and so we were unable to celebrate the occasion with a lot of family and friends. I approached the hotel and was introduced to Caroline. From that moment on, she guided us and helped us achieve everything we wished for the occasion. Nothing was too much trouble. The day of the celebration was amazing, from the drinks reception in the Library and Dilly’s on a beautiful sunny day, to the meal in the Ballroom with silver service! The food and service were really good, I did not find fault with either. I would especially like to Thank Caroline and Aileen. A great team. Excellent Location, Pool and Gym

Stayed here for a few days. It’s a perfect location to go and see surrounding areas of interest. I’ve stayed before and was always impressed with the package you get which is included in your stay, such as the pool and gym. A Lovely Stay in a Warm and Friendly Atmosphere

We had a lovely weekend in Lady Gregory. The hotel is a really hidden gem, it looked beautiful dressed up for Christmas. Our family room was spacious and very clean. The food was delicious for breakfast and dinner and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly from reception to restaurant. We had a magical break. Excellent Family Reunion

We stayed here for a family reunion. The rooms were spotless and comfortable. They have a lovely spa with a pool, steam room sauna and gym. The buffet breakfast has something for everyone, we especially enjoyed the pastries. The staff are very nice and accommodating. Highly recommend this hotel. – TripAdvisor

Great Weekend Stay

We stayed here for a weekend and everything was super! Receptionist very friendly on arrival, lovely room with lots of space. Food in the bar was beautiful and bar staff exceptionally friendly and helpful. All covid guidelines being followed with cleaning tables etc. Breakfast in the morning was so nice. All in all a faultless experience and definitely be back soon! – TripAdvisor
