Edward Martyn Room

Our most intimate space, the Edward Martyn Room is perfect for interviews, small board meetings, and as an administration space for conference organisers. This room features natural light and a drop-down screen.

W.B. Yeats Suite

Perfect for small meetings the W.B Yeats Suite, our most requested meeting space, is commonly used for various meeting room setups, training seminars, presentations, and a breakout space for larger conferences. The suite features natural light and a drop-down screen.

Reading Room

Located off the hotel’s main lobby, the Reading Room is a beautiful multi-functional space. As well as being popular for meetings, training seminars, presentations, and as a breakout space for larger conferences, it is ideal for private dining. It offers natural daylight, comfortable furnishings with a dance floor and private bar, as well as access to Dilly’s covered courtyard. This room provides a versatile meeting space as well as being the ideal space for Summer BBQ’s, corporates socials and other informal gatherings.

Gregory Suite

For large meetings and exhibitions, the Gregory Suite provides the perfect setting. Our largest and most versatile event space, it is easily accessible for load in of exhibition stands and equipment and has a green room facility. For large conferences, the Gregory Suite is located adjacent to our Copper Beech Restaurant which is the perfect space for refreshment breaks, and meals.

It also features built-in sound equipment, a dancefloor, and a private bar, making it ideal for events such as gala’s, company parties, retirement dinners, and more.
