Every festive season Galway comes to life with the Galway Christmas Market taking place in Eyre Square located just 40 minutes from Lady Gregory Hotel. Enjoy an abundance of stocking fillers and gift ideas along with a huge selection of French crepes, Belgian waffles and gluhwein. Take a stroll down shop street while sipping on a creamy hot chocolate and soak up the magical atmosphere while doing some last minute Christmas shopping. Why not make your trip extra special and take your little ones to visit Santa in the Burren at Aillwee Santa Experience or Elf Town at the Galway racecourse and treat them to the ultimate magical adventure.
